Table 4 · Party of 4
Kitchen board
Queue9 · now
Hi Priya, your table is ready.
Please head to Table 4 now.
Your floor and your kitchen, run from the same account.
Most queue tools pick one. Configurable Queue handles the front of house; Food Court mode handles the back — set up as two separate counters, on one venue.
The table waitlist: seat by fit, not by ticket number.
- 01
A party of 4 walks in Friday night. Host taps "Add to waitlist," enters party size — that's the entire form.
- 02
Two four-tops free up before the six-top does. Host calls the party of 4 next — Configurable Queue doesn't force strict arrival order.
- 03
Guests get a WhatsApp ping the moment their table's called — nothing to hand out, nothing to lose.
- 04
Anyone still well back in line sees a deliberately vague "your turn is coming," not a countdown staff can't promise — so nobody argues over a number that was never accurate to begin with.
You set what staff ask for at check-in — party size, seating zone, whatever your floor plan needs.
Your kitchen runs a board, not a shouting match.
- 01
Counter staff punch in an order — it lands in New, ticket up in seconds.
- 02
Kitchen moves it to Preparing the moment they start — an order running long flags itself on the board, not after a customer complains.
- 03
Order's ready — one tap moves it to Ready for Pickup, and the phone beeps the moment it's ready. No pager to return.
- 04
Bought from two stalls? Both orders sit in one list. One scan, one phone, every order in the court.
Nobody else in India does this — one number tracks every order a guest bought, across every stall.
Not adapted from a clinic queue. Built for a floor and a kitchen.
Lunch service, then a real break
Set 9:00–13:00 and 15:00–20:00 as two separate windows on the same day — the queue shows closed in between automatically, instead of a staff member remembering to pause and reopen it by hand every afternoon.
A screen for the host stand, a screen for the kitchen
The host stand and the kitchen counter both run on the operator dashboard in any browser, no install needed — or grab the free Android app for a dedicated front-desk device.
Guests don't install anything
A phone number at the host stand or the order counter is a guest's entire "app." When their table or order is ready, WhatsApp pings them directly — no separate app, ever.
Two plans to start. One conversation if you're bigger.
Pricing is based on independent queues (counters) and staff seats — not on how many customers walk through your door. Every plan starts with a full 14-day free trial — add payment details up front, but you're only charged once the trial ends.

Pricing is scoped and quoted after a short call — no card required to talk.
Before you ask us directly.
What if calling order isn't strictly first-come, first-served?
Turn on Configurable Queue for exactly that — staff call whichever party fits an open table or slot, not just the oldest ticket. Customers still see a live status on their phone, shown as a range rather than an exact number, since the calling order is genuinely staff's call.
Do you support food courts or multi-counter restaurants?
Yes — Food Court mode lets staff create each order at the counter and move it through New, Preparing, and Ready for Pickup on a kanban board. Customers check their own order status by phone number, venue-wide — no buzzer, no pager, no shouting order numbers.
Can one venue run a table waitlist and a food counter at the same time?
Yes — each counter picks its own mode independently. Run your host stand as a Configurable Queue and your order counter as Food Court mode on the same venue account; they're two separate queues, never merged.
Our lunch service has a mid-afternoon break — can the queue reflect that?
Yes — set two or more open windows for the same day, e.g. 9:00–13:00 and 15:00–20:00. The queue shows as closed in the gap automatically, no manual toggling.
Do guests need to download anything to check an order or table status?
No — a phone number at check-in is the entire onboarding. Guests track status and get a WhatsApp ping when they're up, straight from a browser or WhatsApp itself.
Is there an app for our staff?
Yes — the operator dashboard is also available as a free Android app for your front-desk device, on the Google Play Store. It still works identically in any browser too, if you'd rather not install anything.
Your floor and your kitchen are ready for this before you think they are.
